Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

As said in his previous report I made before that I reversed due to insufficient evidence. He also said he was faking it... however, he is not.

The past 3 days I had 8 individuals come to me asking if I seen this player and also asked why he is playing on our servers with a toggle and walls. I told them to grab a demo and well one did and sent it to one of our admins. I was in there today playing and the player prefired me before I peaked twice and then another round headshot me weirdly and two others said his scope had shaken weirdly like a twitch. I went spec and his exact words right after was "BRB". He went to spectate and wouldn't play till I left. Another admin of ours was in there under a different name and recorded another demo.
