Actually after checking this is one guy that was reported before that I marked as reviewed. I'd like @Woody to take a second look at this.

His aim snaps towards players heads weirdly, however i'm unsure.

 

Yeah I noticed them too, but I didn't want to ban just off previous vaccs that were 400+ days ago.

I have issued a perm ban though, thanks Captin
