Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

This young person (teenage boy) is frequently spouting blatantly Racist and Homophobic comments over the mic. He has been asked MULTIPLE times to knock it off, but does not. He will then call the accuser a "nigger" or something worse.​

 

If it's on mic then we would need a demo for proof. I have checked his chat logs to which he's never said a racist remark on there. I suggest next time he's causing issues to go into spectate or can actually even doing it while playing if he's just talking on mic and open console using the "~" key right above Tab and then progress into typing in "record "demoname" Then after words to stop recording simply type stop.
