    Once I joined server, this dude was spamming racism, warned him twice and he continued to do it, gagged him, he kept rejoining to avoid the gag, so I issued a hour ban. Please issue longer gag/mute. Thank you.

    You need to issue a gag/mute through COMM COMMANDS. Should be option #3 when you open your admin menu. It allows you to select a time when mute/gaging.

    Correct, as Woody has said, in the future you can go into your admin comms menu and gag/mute by a specific time provided in the list. If you're not familiar on how to do any of that just open console up and type "sm_admin" which should bring up the admin control menu and as Woody said it should be option #3.
