He's some 12 year old Australian kid using an aimbot toggle. It was pretty bad and looked completely unrealistic, not to mention it only hit body shots. If the demo is not sufficient you can ask Danget Bobbeh and Rob, both of which were there, as to whether or not he was toggling the bot.
