Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

Headshotting everyone instantaneously. Spectated him and he was making 98% of every shot fired HS's. Went spy and cloaked squatting several times and as soon as I was in his arc of "vision", he'd headshot me. He also used his smg and would hit me cloaked when I had not taken damage or been bumped
