Although Meepminer has been frowned upon several times for his ethics in game, he has been reported several times as well. For every time he has been reported/banned, he has been able to provide evidence of his innocence. Although I can say that his mannerisms are suspicious and, he is most likely not hacking and probably just trolling as he has done numerous times in the past. If you still want to record a demo then feel free to do so.
