Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

VG bigfoot/time to knife ya got in contact with me and informed me that he was spectating a player by the name of Mon Sacrament!. While spectating, he seemed to be using a wall hack. I jumped in and spectated him myself and took demos. There were some instances where he would follow someone behind a wall and shoot. From what I saw, it looked like he may have been toggling.
