I believe he's gagged because he was changing his name constantly using it to communicate. He changed his name to oops after I told him to not break cades. Anyways, he broke my first cade so I started recording and was able to build a 2nd cade on the same round. There I kill him again and he comes back to break it again. He has a total of 4 bans, 2 for cade breaking and 2 by player votes. I highly suggest to make this perm since he obviously hasn't learned anything considering this is his 3rd offense on the same rule.

I was in the server an witnessed this as well. 4th ban for cade breaking is now a perm ban.
