Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

I do not know if he is using a tog/Aimbot, but I am about 99% that he is using wall's. At the end of the demo when he is on knife after respawing he knows right when and where to jump down on someone walking by below him that is not on raidar at all.

Pink also has vary odd moments when he just spins back around and goes right to were ct's are at.

First to say Pink Monkey is a very well known scoutz knivez player. So his movements are according to that style of gameplay. I've known him for well over 8 years of playing and can safely say I can guarantee you 100% he is legit. I'll take a look at the demo in a bit though.

 

Okay reviewed the demo fully.

First off, in spectate if you were the one recording the demo there is no radar, so you wouldn't know what he see's on radar. Besides that though, there is one time a ct is hiding behind a box as pink goes around he knifes pink once. If he was walling well obviously he would of known that guy was there. Far as the dropping down and knifing a guy and didn't see him on radar, it was sound you can clearly hear the guy running along the grass. I really don't see how you could see cheats other then if you didn't have sound. Sorry bud, but going to mark this as reviewed.
