Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

I went out to dinner this evening. While I was away, I was notified of a potential hacker on Turbine. I didn't get the name, but now that I'm home I've taken an in-depth look at the situation. I checked the chat logs for the entire server to find out how many people thought he was hacking and who they were, then I checked the Events for those players to find out who had killed them just prior to them sending those chat messages. That led me to this player as the suspected hacker.

I have seen him play on the server before and never had any suspicions or problems with him, but I continued to look into it. Next I checked his gameME-recorded Events. There was definitely some fishy stuff going on there. In 17 minutes of playing as machina Sniper, all of his kills were by headshot (or death by World, which was presumably caused by a headshot on a player that was finished off by fall damage). I believe I counted 84 kills in that time span where not a single kill was a bodyshot.

After taking a quick look at his Steam profile, I found something else that's suspicious. Achievement progress for TF2: 513 out of 513. With only 217 hours on TF2, that's a definite achievement hack.​
