banned for 1 week following discussion between me and patient on his disrespect of members, players and admins

Since it's Skippy's first offense following a ban I am going to adjust it to a 1 day ban. However, I will go a head and issue a week gag on him as well since he doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut and not cause problems.

I believe that Skippy and I am Bread (A Constant Offender) are buddies, and frankly these two are bad seeds. We really need to keep an eye on them especially their chat logs.
