Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

I'm was on Orange and I noticed this guy acting pretty weird, so I decided to spectate him. At first, he just walked around pasting sniper quotes, but he also started twitching really badly like he was hacking and didn't know how to control it (see demo.) I've noticed that he hasn't set up a steam profile yet which makes me a little more suspicious. He left the game after a few more minutes, but not because of VAC or anything.
