Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

I went to Orange incognito to check out this guy, but as soon as I got there and started my demo, he switched from Sniper to Scout. He did some pretty weird things in my demo, but nothing that outright says he was hacking. He left not long after I arrived. Even so, a simple examination of his gameME-recorded Events in addition to a background check show that he is deserving of a perm ban.

The background check shows that he has been caught cheating several times before.
