Its hard to tell what is going on but it seems like a trigger bot or an aimbot that activates when he fires. Most likely walling as well. I was hesitant on banning due to activity on the server. (sorry for the long demo, the last few minutes show the most)

I see some flicking and twitching during some shots, but I wouldn't say it's enough to justify a ban. If he is on again Obama just try to get another recording please. Thanks!
