Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

I didn't think I would ever have to visit this website, but I have possibly met the most genius hacker on VG's orange so far. Anyways, the link to a .dem file is below.

I believe he has hacks that allows him to see the enemy team (and he is definitely not in third person), some sort of aim helper/enhance, and tracking thing (sorry I don't know the terms...)..

Disregard my wall of text below unless you don't think he is a hacker.
Anyways, if you watch the demo and don't believe me, here is why I believe he is hacking:
First part is him as sniper, here are the suspicious things:
1. His amazing "reflex" shot onto the demo. Air shots happen a lot on orange, but he didn't even look twice to see where the demo placed his stickies and managed to track him in a split second. [Jk, he did look, but with his hacks that allowed him to see where the demoman was before he was jumping. That is why we see him looking at the ground before shooting the demo.] Also, he either has to have high sens or mouse accelerator on, in order to get this shot.
2. His kill streak in the beginning of the demo is questionable. When he looks around, his sense is rather smooth and slow. However, if you see how he kept killing that one sniper, his sens appears to be different when he shot him. Hard to explain...
3. His amazing SMG skills. Notice that none of his shots misses. Also, when he is fighting on the tower, he can only aim for the person closest to him. Hence, the tracker kicking in. He also predicts exactly where people go. (Yes, this is not hard on the tower cause there are only a few spots people go. However, his timing and aiming to meet them and kill them in 2 shots is extremely precise. He doesn't make a single mistake with finding people who are trying to cap the tower.)
If you watch him SMG the mini sentry, you will see that his accuracy is literally at 100% rate even tho he got killed by it.

Scout play: (Btw, this is the smartest thing I have seen a hacker do and it is very effective....)
1. He likes to get close to people. All of his kills are 2 shots if he succeeds this. Notice that he does not miss a single shot. His only shots missed are when he kills them after firing 1 shot.
2. At some point, another demoman jumps and he fires two shots into the air, hitting the demo twice at different spots in the air.
3. Again, he never kills someone who is behind their team. He gradually kills the team by getting the one closest to him.
4. I think near the end of this demo, someone finally played spy again on the opposite team. You will see that he aims directly for the spy even tho this guy has been cloaked in the middle of no where for a while.

Please, let me know if you need another demo or want me to explain to you verbally. If it turns out that he is not a hacker and just has superb aim (making me all jelly man), then I will sincerely apologize to him for making this accusation.​
