So Recently today, my friend The Boss and I were just messing around playing as ambassador Spies, and out of nowhere twothirds is staring right at me and I obviously get headsotted by him. So then I'm thinking to my self "huh that must of pretty lucky shot, then my friend gets headshotted by him, and so far it happened for about 8 or 10 times now, and we started to get really suspicious of him. I decided to spectate him and as well record a demo of him. My friend Boss decided to walk around, crounch, and stand still waiting for him and of course he was headshotted multiple times. and so in conclusion this is our proof and suspicion of twothirds​

I was playing on 2fort when I was asked to come to Orange because The Camper Van, Epsilon, and The Boss had a player, TwoThirds, they believed was using wall hacks. They said they had a conclusive demo of him hacking. After I came to Orange, I made this demo and based upon their word issued a ban.

Actually have seen him before I didn't see walls but I thought his aim was overwhelmingly good

 

We screwed up big time guys. If you watch the demo, he uses sound to pinpoint my general location. He then uses the sniper dot to locate the hitbox. If he finds the spy it gets larger since the target is closer than the back wall. That's why he misses why I stand still. He is scanning his dot across my body. I watched his stream. He does this all the time. And in his stream no hacks are being shown (Like an outline for wallhack). To top it off. He has hats and a monster amount of hours. We need to fix this immediately.

 

Do you have his stream so I could see? Just curious.

I'd like to see his so called stream before unbanning, due to I rewatched the demo and seen several ticks where he does shoot at the cloaked spies. I was unware that a dot gets larger when you go over a cloaked spy? or am I reading your post wrong? Either way if you could post his stream so I could take a look and see him doing the same thing on there then i'll reverse the ban.

 

Sniper dot will indeed hover in the air over a cloaked spy, instead of going through him. It's not easy to do or see if the spy is moving though
