Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

Joined and this guy was making fun of MMA Mikes name, so I asked him to be nice. I was told he was a bit of trouble maker.

He then started to troll, where I told him he needs to shut it down.

He then drops n-bomb, gets warned, drops it twice more and gets a kick.

Then comes back, drops n-bomb again, I warn again (figuring my last warning), says it's his little brother not him, to which I say, "say thanks to your little brother than", and gave him a week ban. Maybe a bit much but based upon his consistent actions and history I found on other servers, we are probably better off by him not being around for a while and moving on.​

Yeah, perm mute/gag for anything that goes on in chat/mic. We only ban if they decide to troll in other ways such as changing there name etc. I'll throw a perm/mute gag on them though. Thanks!
