You can't get any more obvious than that.

As a heads-up, that file-sharing site limits the download speed for anyone who doesn't have a paid subscription. I would recommend using a site that doesn't have such limitations. Zippyshare is an excellent site for that. MEGA is another good site, although I think you need to create an account to share files.
