Using !Car to exploit to a spot on the map

let me know if the demo doesn't work, this is the second time ive used a demo for evidence
it shows how he got up there, however there some time as I was making the report as I watched him so I go afk for a sec or 2 while demoing​

 

Can you explain this exploit, I don't play TF2 that much and was wondering

 

bassaicly you use a bumpercar (this is the only way I have seen, tried explosives but it doesn't work, in attempt to see if you could do it other ways) and use the powerboost (speed boost) to quickly accelerate up this thing near player spawn (like one of those gates in parking garages) to get to the top of the map, a part you shouldn't be able to get to...its hard to explain, its easiest if you watch the demo.

 

I would like this closed, I was talking woody and he informed me that its not an exploit (now with grappling hooks aswell, everyone can get there), but ya fond out NOT exploit
