    he went to clean the dust out like he usually does and when he put his video card in and turned it on he doesnt get a picture. Display doesnt pick up signal

    did he make sure he didnt get dust down inside his pci slot? make sure the gpu isn't loose. there the basics things im sure he did check them but nice to ask i suppose.
