What do you expect your job to be as an admin?:

I expect to basically be law enforcement. Make sure hackers don't ruin people's fun and keep the games rolling along.​

What is the appropriate action needed for a mic/chat spammer?:

Give them a couple warnings, and then mute them.​

If you hear news there is a hacker, what actions would you take?:

Accuse them of hacking, and then see if there was any witnesses. If so, ban him/her. If not, then see for myself. If reports keep coming in, then I ban him without asking.​

 

Radiation, if someone is suspected of cheating, spectate them and record a demo to gather evidence if they are hacking. If you feel, based on the evidence you observe they are cheating, ban them for a week and submit a report with your demo to the forums and let a ban supervisor review and make the final decision. In other words, you need clear evidence before banning.
