To make sure there are no hackers and everyone is doing the right thing.​

What is the appropriate action needed for a mic/chat spammer?:

To give 2 warnings through admin chat then mute them stop.​

If you hear news there is a hacker, what actions would you take?:

Go to spectator to see if they are hacking and if they are record a demo for evidence then ban the hacker for a week while you fill out a report.​

 

I was an admin before then I went inactive and I am reapplying now.

 

Redskull was an apprentice admin awhile back and no red flags come to mind from when he was an apprentice admin.
