I just wanted to let those know that are running windows that windows 10 has officially released. Don't forget to install your free reserved copy if you have yet to do so.

I will be installing mine later tonight and so far I heard many good things about it.

    Inventory:

I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on it before I install it.

So if you do install it, post here :)

Only bad thing I've heard is that Nvidia drivers don't like to play nice with 10 as of right now. I'm sure there will be a driver update soon to fix this, though. I tried out the technical preview a while back and it seemed really cool!

Actually nivida drivers work fine as I just heard a huge thing about that on twitch.tv stream, and they said you just have to delete your drivers and reinstall though which is a pain, but at least they work fine.

Just downloaded it, took me about half an hour or less.

They have a TON of options for opting out of things you don't want to use such as the Cortana service and otherwise. Looks sleek in my opinion; my one complaint so far is that the steam message alert icon isn't that flashy yellow it is a darker orange flash, but that's not really a big deal.
Something pretty cool that I noticed is that in-game you can Winkey+G and it'll bring up a menu where you can screenshot and even record without needing to download any other software. Unsure how well it works but I'll test it out today or tomorrow. So far so good!

Some updates: After using it a little bit I noticed that the icons on the taskbar are smaller than older versions of Windows, which makes me feel old though I'm not. I tested the recording software and it seems to be tied to the Xbox app; to change settings for it I had to log in to my Xbox account but to use the recording and capture features it didn't require anything. Worked on some games but not on others. No compatibility or driver issues in the slightest in any of the tested games(below). AMD CPU was used in testing and Radeon R9 series graphics card

    Games tested:
    Killing Floor 2
    7 Days to Die
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords
    TF2
    Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
    Terraria
    Fallout 3
