Senior Admins now have perm ban

    With having quite a few requests we've received we've decided to give our Senior admins perm ban.

    Note, perm ban is only suppose to be used on those that you believe are cheating within the server. If a perm ban is issued we still require you to fill out a report with the required evidence to support the ban.

    @Woody want to double check to make sure the Server Managers and Devision managers have it?

    Or it could be that the servers just need to restart/update.
