Team Fortress 24/7 Sniper server?

Over the past month I have noticed that a number of players on VG TF2 servers are playing sniper. Why not have a 24/7 sniper server with a headshot only mod? I think this would increase server activity & help balance game play on VG's other TF2 servers. What do I mean by balancing game play? The OrangeX3 & 2Fort servers wouldn't be full of a bunch of try-hard snipers that can sometimes ruin the experience for people that like to play other classes/objective. Something to take into consideration.

The problem with having a map rotation..some players might disconnect because of the wait to download the map, not a big deal lots of sniper servers have a rotation. You could set it up like killstreaks sniper server, which is just 24/7 2Fort, snipers only. I would personally go with the second option. Killstreak server is always full in comparison to any of the other sniper servers which run a rotation. That being said I don't think you could go wrong either way. Most played class in Team Fortress 2 is sniper & with the support of this huge community I bet it would do great!

The Vicious Cycle of downloading maps: After a long wait to get in the server, as soon as you come to the downloading the map part, TF2 stops responding. Then, after an hours wait later, you got kicked because you timed out. Then, you have to go wait in line again, then wait 30 minutes just to play, and then you get dominated by a pro guy. Yeah, no custom maps?
