    A friend started this on his forums I seen a few weeks ago and it is actually very interesting to hear what other people had came up with for there dinner. Whether it being something thrown together quickly to an expensive fancy dinner.


    Pretty obvious just tell us all what you had for dinner! :)
    I'll start by putting up what I had today!

    Home made beer battered Atlantic cod fish w/ macaroni and cheese something easy and fast to make. I had then a piece of chocolate pie w/ crushed teddy grams on top :)

    Monday - fresh salmon cooked in a pan with a dash of garlic oil, and some white rice
    Tuesday - pork chops cooked in the oven, and white rice again.

    Club house marinade chicken roasted w/ cheddar & Broccoli rice. Desert- Lemon Meringue pie

    So yummy! First time having the club house marinade and it was very good but a bit pepper happy.

    This morning when I woke up I threw in a Venison Roast with mushroom gravy and left it roast all day till dinner time. Approximately 6-7 hours in the oven. Other dishes made to go with it were Mashed potato's and fresh green beans.

    TLDR: venison roast w/ mashed potato's and green beans

    ^ sounds yummy.

    I made spaghetti, added some chopped garlic, pesto, and a pesto white sauce. So good.

    To bad with my IBS I can't have any spaghetti products, onions, or garlic. Pasta's was always my huge favorite before I gained IBS.

    Breakfast for dinner made pancakes something quick and easy

    Today:

    I'm hopeing to make spinach stuffed chicken breasts depending upon if I get to the store before they close by the time i get off.
