(Website) New Administrator System?

Hello, so recently I have thought of this new idea for the VGamers administrator system. Basically it allows to filter out any “bad” administrators, leaving only skilled and good ones, which thus will improve the general “quality” of administrators here at VGamers. So without further to do, here it is:


Moderators:


This is an idea which I believe will be the first “filter: when deciding whether this will make a good admin or not in the future. Applying for moderator is very simple and easy, but moderators have limited commands, maybe the only one they can have is the “Kick Player” one. This step will show the responsibilty of a moderator and may reveal things in which the moderator would need more training if they want to apply for administrator. As you can see, very basic. Not much requirements, but it is a good way of filtering and leaving in the good moderators who are responsible and helpful.



Administrators:


Once a player has applied for moderator he/she now has the option to apply for administrator. The system I came up for administrators is a bit too complex, but it is really useful in my opinion. Here is the updated administrator application:

As you can see, I added more things to the application so staff would know more about the person, in what areas do they need training and will most likely give a better idea as to should this player become administrator or not.



Mentoring:


This idea is just like setting an administrator up in TS3, but it is a bit different. Known and Trusted staff may become mentors, by applying for mentor (I do not have much ideas for a mentor application so I cannot post anything, sorry) When accepted mentors will train new administrators, by giving them questionnaires about commands and general rules. Once mentors feel like their student is fully trained they redirect him to the even more important staff (Like Woody or Gotcha) which then could give them a final “test”.


To be honest I think this complex system will really improve the administrator quality as I said before, but of course it is up to the owners to decide if my idea is good enough, but hopefully it at least gets looked over as a possibility.
