At Vigilante Gamers we want you to enjoy your time within our community and on our servers. In today's gaming world there are numerous great new games being released each year and everyone jumps from game to game, community to community. Here at Vigilante Gamers we want you to stay, grow with the community, and understand how you can move from a lower level position to a high ranking position. Below you will see our community structure along with how we operate.
    • Member
    • Senior Member
    • Apprentice Admin
    • Senior Admin
    • Server Manager
    • Division Manager
    • Community Manager
    • Founder
At the beginning of each month a list of demotions/promotions for the above positions will be posted. The promotions/demotions are determined by the community/division managers and are based on the guidelines below.

How to become a Member: Becoming a Vigilante Gamers member is very simple process and is FREE. We are always looking for new community members! Simply apply using this link ----> http://www.forums.vigilantegamers.net/forums/join-the-community.17/

How to become a Senior Member: To be promoted to a Senior Member you must first be a member of the community. These are members of the community who have chosen not to become apprentice admins and just enjoy the day to day life as a member. Members are promoted to Senior Members by being active on our TeamSpeak3, forums, and recruiting new members to our community. Ensure that if you do recruit a new member that they put your name down as a referral in their member application.

How to become a Apprentice Admin: This user group (apprentice admin) isn't promoted from a lower selected group. Members of our community can apply for apprenticeship via the "apply for admin" application. When reviewing applications we look for members who are active within our community and on Teamspeak3. We also look for mature and level headed Members that demonstrate the ability to administrate a server. Apprentice Admins are not required to donate and have admin on one server only.

How to become a Senior Admin: Senior Admins are promoted from our current group of Apprentice Admins. Apprentice Admins are selected to become Senior Admins when they've administrated their selected Vigilante Gamers server for a period without incident. Senior Admins are granted admin on all their division servers and are required to donate $60 to help the community, but on occasion we may make an exception.

How to become a Server Manager: Server Managers are selected from our Senior Admin group. They demonstrate a great knowledge of our servers and are selected to manage all the admins of a specific server. They ensure that all their admins are following protocol and are active within the community and on TeamSpeak3.

How to become a Division Manager:
Division Managers manage their selected division (CS:S, TF2, CS:GO). They are selected from our current Senior Admin group and are responsible for all of their respective Server Managers and Admins. They handle all server and admin issues for their division, along with helping the community managers with promotions/demotions.

I would love to be a senior member or apprentice admin but my computer barely wants to run tf2 unless at lowest settings nowadays and I don't think adding team speak on top of it would result in a good enough frame rate. :(

So would each level have a sort of authority over another? Or do they all answer or report to the founders?

    To a certain extent.

Starting with admins will be under the control of the server manager. The server Manager will control all admins within that server and make sure they're doing protocol.

Division Manager is in charge of all in that particular division. We will have one division manager for all our CS:S servers, as well as TF2. Which they're set goal is the same to make sure everyone is following protocols, but at a higher standard.

Community Managers will most likely be the ones to lead everything and make sure the rest are doing there jobs. As the Founders are finally going to be able to sit back relax and actually game for once. As Gotcha and Woody have been doing a great job running this community, but it does take a lot more work then most think. Especially Woody with keeping things up to date as well as all the coding he's done for the servers. So for us to even be able to expand into this kind of scenario especially with apprentice free admins an such is a huge deal and a great accomplishment.

So in the end for last words, can I get a huge thank you to Woody and Gotcha for running and keeping things going with this wonderful community!

Pretty much exactly what Drac said. Each group will report to the group above them. This way if there's an issue you can go to the server manager or division manager. If the issue requires serious attention it can then be brought to a community manager.

I really like this idea with some structure in the community. not sayin that we've been lacking it, but it might helps us/members to know who to contact in different matters. Thumbs up Woody great idea!
