    Possibly need a complete server restart on all servers for it to register.

    Nope Homer has full access to grant admin.

    @Drac OPZ my bad, I was thinking the setting Devisions manager stats....im kind of tired today so...
    I was thinking woody did the Divisions stat thing I could be wrong though
    anyway I, going to bed shortly because I work in 9 ish hours
