    How do you get the sprays for TF2. Sometimes I see moving ones and I want to know how to get them. Anyone can show me or tell me how?

    They are gif sprays which are made using VTFEdit

    Um yea "Gif" how do i put it in the spray?

    Using VTFEdit to change the gif into a VTF. Just google VTFEdit then download it and then look up a tutorial.
