What is the problem exactly? CSS won't start at all? Or are you having problems connecting to CSS servers?

No this is to help our Clan Members play CSS when it stops working. :D

This also works for other games too like Team Fortress 2.

This is actually a common problem, and it goes for all source engine games, and goldsource games. I have this problem with 2 games right now.
