Farewell, VG.

Two weeks ago I decided that I would be leaving the community at the end of August. This was certainly not an easy decision for me to make, but once I made the decision I knew it was the best thing for me personally.

It has been a year since I joined this community, and during that time I've always tried to give as much as I could. I've invested greatly in this community, and I sincerely hope that it will continue to grow and flourish after I'm gone. I've enjoyed my time here, and while I wish I could stay, I must tend to more pressing concerns in my personal life.

On September 1st, I will officially resign my post here at VG. Perhaps at some later date I will be able to come back, but regardless, I wish all of you all the best.

You've done a lot more around here then we could ever ask out of you. I thank you for helping our community as much as you have Khan and personal life obviously always comes first. I still hope to see you around and you're place will always remain amongst VG. See you in the servers or even when you one day return my friend!

 

As others have said you've been a great addition to VG but also the leadership. Good luck with your future plan.

Khan, you are the reason I am here (with the help of Turbine insa-spawn) and I cannot simply thank you enough for being here all the time. From when I was a mere member reporting a player for this or that, and *BOOM*! Instantly you were there to solve the problem. And, I know that isn't the situation for just me. I also loved the conversations we've had, GREAT! Then, you helped me achieve adminship. And, Khan, that is something I can't describe about how I am so happy about it. Once again Khan. Thanks for the work put into the community, as well as being a great leader and role model. God Bless, and Keep It Real!

Dear Friend,
I am saddened to say the least to hear of your retirement. You are such a monumental reason as to why I am where I am today within this community. Your contributions are fundamental and will not be forgotten by me or anyone else who witnessed them. A simple "thank you" does not begin to cover your hard work, vigilance, and dedication that you brought to the table. Not forgetting your wisdom to handle tough situations as well as the countless leadership skills that you embody. It is thanks to your effort that this community has one more foundation block to build upon for years to come. It is no secret that we appreciate what you have done for this community. I cannot begin to tell you how much help you have been to me. Always patient and understaning. Always willing to help in whatever way you can. Being this way, helping out, shows what kind of person you are in real life. I wish you good luck in whatever endeavor you choose. Be well my friend.

 

I know this is late to post,but Khan thank you for showing me how to be an admin and recruiting me in the community.I first met Khan last year in 2014 on our turbine server and he was a real good sniper and had spot on aim with the huntsman and a sniper rifle. So again, we'll miss you Khan and thank you for being a good friend.
