Updated PUB/REG Server

    The former Office and Dust2 server has been adjusted to include a number of other bomb placement and hostage maps.

    Server IP: 66.150.214.98:27015

    Also added was:
    No longer 16K each round, this will help with game play and also promote more teamwork.
    Nomination was added
    Voting who will win added
    Flashes do not flash teammates
    FF (friendly fire) turned off (teammates can't hurt you)
    Force camera on (can't be ghosted easily)

    I hope everyone likes the changes, and gives it a chance to see how it's received by others.

    Also trying to populate it more by doing some of these changes, if it doesn't work we can always consider moving back.
