So I was playing around on your Mario Kart server yesterday, and when I tried to access today, it said I had been banned, I am unsure of why, or how this happened, because I have never installed any hacking systems, nor have I ever talked rude to a moderator or admin, and since your server is the only one I really play, I'm a little bummed out. Can you look into this and help me out? I don't know how this could've happened. Thank you​

 

You were banned for a duplicated account. Another account was banned from the same IP address you were using. Which all happened within a day of each other, so could you give us a bit more information upon what I said?

My brother, we use the same computer and he hacks a lot, I asked him and he apologized and said that he was sorry, I'm really sorry this happened, it definitely wont happen again. Again I'm sorry.

Not sure who's our manager for Mario Kart, but what do you think on this? I hear the brother excuse to often to make a decision.

 

I'm willing to give him one last chance. We take hacking very seriously, so if your IP receives another ban it will ban your account as well. It won't be reversed a second time

 

I got to wait for our founder to respond as i'm experiencing problems with unbanning.
