Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

So I was playing on the Mariokart server and Meepminer's Second Account joins everything seems normal at first but then i get a little suspicious about his aiming "technique" and when i spectated him it seemed like he was cheating in some way as he would look at players in the enemy teams catbus, look through walls at players etc he was also pulling off some very sketchy shots

Seems like walls and a toggle to me.

@GingaNinja @Gavlan Mind reviewing for a second opinion just to make sure? I'm not 100% on this but around 5:40 mark or so he starts playing as a sniper and starts hitting no scope shots across the map and crosshair seems to aim lock on them a bit. Pretty positive he is walling though.

Definitely walls and some aim assist when he's up in the skybox. I've camped up there and it's almost impossible to see people from that far away, much less so to flick shot them first try lol
