Banned Players that need to be banned from the CS:S GG DM server

    A couple of cheaters came into the server tonight (3/18/2017 @ ~11PM PST) and emptied it out for a bit.
    Below are the Steam IDs and names. Attached to the post is the demo file.

    # 1011 "unnamed" [U:1:37829556] 01:22 82 0 active
    # 985 "POTATO" [U:1:107300786] 17:30 84 3 active
